Who am I, and what do I offer?

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (UJEP) and a Master’s degree in Public and Social Policy (Charles University, Prague). I have significant experience as a volunteer, researcher, social worker, and director in the field of social services and the non-profit. I have worked with individuals experiencing homelessness, children and youth, immigrants, and refugees. I have lived and worked for a period of time in the United States (New Hampshire), New Zealand.

I´ve graduated a two-year management training program (TUDYTAM) and had the honor of receiving the Fulbright–Masaryk Scholarship, through which I conducted a research project at JFCS in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. I am in Systemic Supervision and Coaching Training (600hours, HERMES GROUP).

Throughout my academic and professional journey in the Czech Republic and abroad, I have been deeply inspired by approaches such as motivational interviewing, coaching, systemic therapy, the solution-focused approach, and especially Jung’s method of active imagination — a “royal path” to inner exploration.

I’ve also been influenced by work in altered states of consciousness, including psychedelic therapy, and I draw inspiration from the healing traditions of Indigenous peoples. I enjoy meditation — both individually and in group.

I’m a boxing coach, carpenter, cross-country skier, and adventurer. I love comics and illustration, enjoy writing, and am almost always listening to music across a wide range of genres. I love wandering, sleeping under the open sky full of stars, listening to a sea or a river…

I offer the following services for individuals and groups:

  • Supportive consultations, including coaching
  • Guided or active imagination sessions
  • Management facilitation

How do I work?

I aim to create a safe and respectful space for collaborative dialogue, where we co-create the framework of our work together. My approach is systematic and attentive — I actively listen, ask thoughtful and sensitive questions, and check in regularly to ensure we’re moving in a meaningful direction. I actively seek feedback and reflect on the process as it unfolds.

Your autonomy is central to our work; I fully honor your freedom to make your own choices and your responsibility for their outcomes.

I hold deep respect for your trust and the uniqueness of your personal journey. I recognize the courage it takes to explore difficult questions, to share openly, and to face the unknown. Often, this means engaging in deep inner work — acknowledging vulnerability, sitting with uncertainty, and opening space for transformation.

I believe that where there is willingness and commitment, a path will emerge. It is a privilege to walk alongside you in this process and to support you in the direction that feels most meaningful to you.
